Tryout Registration - Bethel Travel Basketball for 2025-26

Please register your player for the Travel team that corresponds to their 2025-26 Grade in school.

All Tryouts will be held at the Bethel Municipal Center.

Tryout Information:

You must be registered for tryouts to be eligible to tryout. Boys and Girls in Grades 5-8 are eligible for Bethel Travel Basketball teams.
Each grade will have two tryout dates and it is highly recommended that you attend both days of tryouts. If there is a conflict please reach out to [email protected]
Show up to each tryout no later than 10 minutes prior to your tryout to register and size for uniforms.
No payment is required to try out.
Players will only be trying out for the grade level they are attending for the 2025-26 school year.
Returning players are not guaranteed a roster spot.
Tryouts will be run and selections determined by BHS coaches. (no parents are allowed in gym during tryouts)
All players will be notified by the end of October if they made the team or not.

Grade 6: Mon 10/6 @ 5:30-7:00p & Thu 10/16 @ 5:30-7:00p

Grade 7: Thu 10/9 @ 7:00-8:30p & Wed 10/15 @ 7:00-8:30p

Grade 8: Mon 10/6 @7:00-8:30p & Thu 10/16 @ 7:00-8:30p

Schedule is subject to change – Additional dates may be added or tryouts may be extended.

Season information:

Travel BB practices will start at the beginning of November and run through the first week of March.
Games will start in December with playoffs starting at the end of February.
Each team will have two practice times each week (exception holiday break) and games will mostly be on the weekends.
Our HS BB coaches will be working with your travel coach and possibly popping in on practices and/or games during the season.
Participation fee is $325 (additional sibling will receive $80 discount)
Uniforms will be an additional cost and yours to keep. Returning players do not need to purchase a new uniform if the current uniform fits.
Players will be sized for uniforms during tryouts.
Returning players should confirm their current uniform's size before tryouts.
All players will be provided a reversible practice jersey and a pre-game shooting shirt.
